I have extensive experience supporting children facing a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, including:
Anxiety, fears, or phobias
Sadness, grief, or loss
Anger, aggression, or tantrums
Social, school-related difficulties, bullying
Trauma or adverse childhood experiences
Family changes such as divorce or separation
Low self-esteem or confidence issues
Sensory or developmental differences (e.g., ADHD, autism spectrum)
Through play therapy, I create a safe, understanding, and empowering environment where children can express themselves freely. My goal is to help them build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and grow into strong, grounded individuals.
